I wanted to have a luxury experience to celebrate my 70th birthday and Donna Moore was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and Responds quickly to questions asked. She managed to book me on a Ponant Kimberly Cruise and accommodation both ends. Sadly, I had to cancel due to a back injury and Donna was so lovely giving me all the necessary information for my Travel Insurance claim. Definitely a 5 Star experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a customer of Rob’s over the past few years. Although previous inquiries did not result in a purchase, Rob always provided exceptional customer service. Recently, I was able to proceed with his quote for six business-class return flights to Istanbul.
In all our interactions, Rob has been consistently professional, prompt, and courteous. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed dealing with him and would happily recommend his services to friends and family.

(re. Bocelli concert) Our stay was superb, super relaxing, dinner was great, limo to the concert was a great Merc Benz. I went to his concert 10 years ago, I enjoyed it, this time, it's even better, it has evolved over time, weather was perfect. Bocelli, other singers, and dancers were superb. Car park and entrance were vastly improved with great organization. The evening was very romantic, with beautifully dressed women and
handsome italian men. There are more Italian audience this time. Totally recommend this tour! Thanks for organising it Tina!

FirstClass saved the day!
We had attempted to book an extensive trip via Qantas's web site and their phone service Centre - they were unable to provide pricing or the flights we required. Their web site crashed when we attempted to enter all the flights we wanted to take.
Within 20 minutes of contacting FirstClass with all the details of the flights we wanted, they came back with a booking and price. Not a problem to them and they were so easy to deal with.
Great service and very supportive! Highly Recommended!

Lorellie B
My time of travel was not ideal the war in Iran leading to cancelled flights and for myself the almost impossible task of getting on to flights with such short notice. Donna at First Class Travel was extremely helpful spending a great deal of time to find and present different dates and travel possibilities close to my required travel dates. I have since returned to Australia and the flights Donna managed to book for me were as seamless as they could be during this unsettled time for aviation. I have no hesitation using First Class Travel and very much look forward to the assistance of Donna and her team for future travel plans.
Maude S

Donna Moore was outstanding in ensuring we had a trouble-free and amazing first-class round trip on JAL. I understand her herculean effort to address an issue with an incorrect surname on my booking before our return flight through Paris was a nearly impossible task. But she did it, and I was able to fly home without effort or stress.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first-class experience on JAL and highly recommend it. We were looked after so well on each leg, and their airport lounges were amazing.
Thank you Donna, FirstClass.com.au, you are amazing, and Tina, well done for having such an accomplished team manager.

I was blown away with the level of service- such a rarity. Donna’s knowledge and advice regarding travel is top notch - a true professional. I highly commend Donna.

Donna at First Class Travel is an absolute jewel. I initially enquired about a Qatar fare to Toulouse and return in 2025, and she worked tirelessly to find a suitable package with Qatar and other airlines so as to realise our fairly complex plans. Just after the Christmas break Donna, still thinking about us and how she could make it happen, found and proposed the perfect combination of flights at a very excellent price - which we of course grabbed!! I can't speak highly enough of Donna. She is totally professional, tenacious in sourcing alternatives and solving problems, and absolutely charming. She is an asset to First Class Travel and we're very appreciative of her sterling work on our behalf. Thank you, Donna.
Lesley C
Donna found us an exceptional business class airfare. She answered loads of questions promptly so that we could make a quick decision and make the booking. Very impressed!
